What belongs on a calendar?
Most people use a calendar for appointments. But everything in your day happens at some time — so all of it can live on one timeline.
You tried keeping a journal,
but a blank page every day was too much.
Meetings, focused work, workouts, study, and personal moments all go into your calendar. But once time passes, it’s hard to remember what you actually did, where your time went, or what you kept pushing off. Velprium adds a journaling-and-review layer on top of the calendar you already use.
Add context to anything you record.
Add your own properties to calendar events — project, status, mood, rating, distance, outcome, or anything else you want to remember.
Custom properties
Add status, projects, tags, ratings, outcomes, and custom fields to any calendar event.
Flexible filters
Filter your calendar by project, status, category, rating, or any property you create.
Meaningful review
Turn structured calendar events into daily, weekly, and project-level patterns.
One calendar. Whatever you want to record.

A calendar stores events. A time database connects them.
Planned events alone don’t tell the full story of your day. You see patterns only when you also record what you actually did and where your time went.
The more you record, the more your calendar can tell you.
Every property you add becomes part of your Review. See which projects consumed your time, what you completed, and which kinds of work felt most valuable — you keep the records, Velprium finds the answers.
When your calendar remembers more, it becomes a time database.
Every event already holds when it happened. Add what happened and what it meant, and the same calendar turns into structured, searchable time.
Time + properties + context — that is a time database.
See it in the actual product.

Frequently asked questions
What can I record in Velprium?+
Anything that happens at a time. Not just meetings and appointments, but tasks, projects, workouts, sleep, ideas, and journal entries — all on the same calendar.
Do I need to use Plan and Act?+
No. Plan vs. Actual is one optional setup. You can use Velprium for projects, journaling, routines, life logs, or any other time-based system.
Can I filter events using custom properties?+
Yes. Events can be filtered using projects, status, tags, ratings, and other properties you create.
Will Velprium modify or clutter my Google Calendar?+
Properties like status, tags, and ratings — and app-only colors — are never exported to Google. Only direct edits to the event itself, such as title or time, sync back. Read-only calendars are never modified under any circumstances.
What happens if I disconnect?+
You can disconnect anytime, and your original Google Calendar events remain untouched. Deleting your account also deletes the tokens and sync data stored in Velprium.
How is this different from Notion Calendar?+
Notion Calendar is for viewing your schedule. Velprium treats events as structured data with properties and gives you weekly/monthly reports to look back. Comparing the same day side-by-side as Plan and Act is also unique to Velprium.
Do I have to fill in properties for every event?+
No. Properties are entirely optional. Add them only where you want; skip them and it works like a normal calendar. The more you record, though, the sharper your Review gets.
Is it free? Will it become paid?+
Velprium is free to start. Core features such as calendar sync, all four views, and properties stay free.
Is my data used to train AI?+
No. Your calendar data is used only to display your calendar, sync, and build Review — never for advertising or to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What are Page, Area, and Property?+
A Page is one screen for managing a day or a project. An Area splits the same time into different views — like Plan, Act, and Review — and a Property is info you add to an event, such as status, rating, client, or tags. You don’t need to know them to start from a template; learn them only when you need to.
What is a time database?+
A time database combines calendar events with structured properties, filters, and review tools. Instead of keeping only when something happened, it also keeps what it belonged to, how it went, and what resulted from it.
